Jana Kramer is a country musician, actor and singer who rose to stardom on television when she was chosen to play Alex on One Tree Hill for the last three seasons. In the series' episodes, Jana Kramer performed her country debut albums. The album with the same title was featured within the top 20. Thirty One (2015), the album that followed it in 2015 also made it to the Top Ten. The decade ended with participation on Dancing with the Stars. In 2021, the album The Doubting Voices was released. Growing up in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer grew up on country music. She would later pursue a recording career but she started her career acting as an actress, appearing on screen in the indie horror film Dead/Undead as she was in her teens. Through the years, she appeared on several series, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights the 2nd season (2007-2008). Kramer played on 90210 from 2008 to 2009 as Portia and Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009. There, she played Alex Dupre. The show lasted show until 2012, when the series was cancelled. Jana Kramer Kramer was a part of the cast of One Tree Hill from 2009 through the year 2012. The actress was a signer of an agreement to sign an agreement with Elektra Records, and she released her modern country-inspired song I Won't Give up during a One Tree Hill 2011 episode. The song was later featured on Jana Kramer, her debut album, which was released in the year 2012. The track ranked fifth in the Billboard Top Country Albums. Focusing on her music career thereafter without retiring from acting she was a part of films like Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would be popular with her fan base. The second album of Kramer's Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15, 2015. Her album, Thirty One was the Top Five Country Hit I Got the Boy as well as The Duet Steven Tyler and Aerosmith performed together helped the album reach #3 on the Billboard 200 and number 10 on the charts for country albums. The month of September 2016 saw her appearance in the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months and ended with a 4th place finishing. This was also the season that she landed an adult contemporary success with her song Feels like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
